Technical Support Engineer – Service Department - Worcester | Up to £20.40/hr - PAYE (c. £39k per annum)

Join Yamazaki Mazak, a global leader in machine tool manufacturing. We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our UK Service team, supporting both customers and field engineers.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and fault diagnosis
* Assist with breakdowns, service, and spares identification
* Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
* Be the go-to expert for Mazak machine tools
Qualifications
* Electrical or mechanical engineering background
* Experience with Mazak machines & Mazatrol controls or equivalent
* Strong fault-finding skills & customer focus
* Team player with a “can do” attitude
