Overview

Our client, a top-tier academic medical center in New York City, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist with a strong interest or fellowship training in otology/ear surgery. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-volume, dynamic ENT service that spans two major hospitals and plays a central role in resident education and surgical innovation. Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality ENT care across two teaching hospital campuses
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of otolaryngologic conditions with a focus on otology
* Participate in 3 days of outpatient clinics and 2 days in the OR each week
* Collaborate with a team of experienced ENTs and ENT residents
* Participate in the training and mentorship of ENT residents
* Help develop and expand the otology service line, including potential for cochlear implant program development


Requirements

* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
* Fellowship-trained in Otology or strong clinical interest/experience in ear surgery
* Motivated to help build a robust otology service line
* Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
* Academic interest and enthusiasm for resident teaching
* Visionary mindset for program development and growth
