Hours: 32 hours per week

Shift: Days
This role involves planning and implementing residents' activities, supporting the Lifestyle Manager in organizing events, and helping residents socialize more confidently. Creativity, kindness, and a passion for engaging with residents are essential.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programs, with a love for music, and confident in running group and 1-1 activities such as art, knitting, storytelling, bingo, sports, and musical activities.
Beyond skills, your positive energy, ability to connect with people, planning, organizational, IT, and basic photography skills are crucial. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Responsibilities

* Organize and facilitate various activities.
* Assist residents on weekly outings.
* Run group and 1-1 activities.
* Create new activities and activity packs.

Requirements
* Experience working with people in a person-centered manner.
* Willingness to learn and obtain relevant NVQ qualifications if not already held.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and with diverse backgrounds.
* Practical skills related to activity planning and execution.
