Borders Buses have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Coach Builder to join our team at our busy Galashiels Depot. This is a key role in helping us maintain our fleet to the highest standards and ensuring we continue to provide safe, reliable services to our customers. About the role As a Coach Builder, you will: Assess damage damage to fleet Use your paint work, metal work and fabrication skills to repair and maintain the fleet Work within our new, modern paint shop facility. Play an essential role in keeping our vehicles safe, roadworthy, and well-presented. Contribute to a supportive engineering team committed to high-quality workmanship. What we’re looking for You will be: Self-motivated and able to work independently Detail-orientated, with a strong commitment to quality Experienced in body repair (essential), ideally within PSV or HGV environments A driving licence is required and PCV licence is preferable but is not essential.
