General Operative (Traffic Management)
Location: Shotts ML7 5DW. Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months.

Shift Patterns
* 12 days on, 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off, continue)
* 6 days on, 1 day off
* Part‑time over 4 days – Shift patterns of Sat‑Tue or Thurs‑Sun
* Vacancies for high‑speed operatives, which involve night shifts and require a 12AB Lantra qualification

Role Overview
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Responsibilities include:
* Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
* Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events and emergencies
* Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Upholding a people‑first culture and contributing to our cultural change program
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Flexibility to work the shift patterns listed above
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, held for more than 10 months
* Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot
* Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, Unit 2; desirable but not essential)
