Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management team, with a strong background in corporate fit-out and occupier-led projects. This is a senior client-facing role, responsible for leading cost management services across UK and EMEA corporate portfolios, shaping commercial strategy, and supporting the delivery of consistent, best-in-class outcomes for global occupier clients. As a senior member of the Cost Management community, you will also play a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting multi-market bids, and driving best practice across the EMEA Occupier Services platform. To undertake cost management services for our UK & EMEA corporate clients. Providing budgeting advice during the feasibility stage for new potential projects. To assist with bids for Cost Management multi-market mandates, across the UK and EMEA. Provide best in class cost reporting, and being able to present these to corporate clients This role helps ensure that Project Management & Cost Management instructions are undertaken in a consistent manner and in line with our service agreements. To work with the Enterprise Project Management team to create and maintain best practice for Occupier Services across EMEA for Project Management & Cost Management services. We regularly interact with 650 Project managers, Building Surveyors and Cost Managers across EMEA and our OS EMEA team (130) which includes transaction managers, account managers, workplace advisors and other corporate real estate specialists. Main Responsibilities Lead pre and post-contract cost management services for corporate fit-out and workplace projects, including offices, labs, call centres and flexible workplace environments. Provide strategic cost advice at feasibility and business case stage, including option appraisals, cost planning and value engineering. Produce and present clear, robust and commercially focused cost reports to senior corporate stakeholders. Manage project financials from inception through close-out, including change control, risk management and final account settlement. Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, balancing cost, quality, programme and risk.
