About the Post We are looking to appoint a Food Technology Technician to join our high performing, forward thinking and cohesive school. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills whilst working in a friendly, supportive team environment. We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to: · To provide specialist technical support to teaching staff within the Food Technology department and to ensure the safe and proper use and maintenance of resources and equipment. · To support a variety of teaching activities, within Food Technology, including more advanced work with post-16 examination courses, through use of specialist technical knowledge and skills. · To ensure that Health and Safety requirements and other relevant regulations (e.g. COSHH) are adhered to and observed Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies Further Information Any questions?
