The Role: This role calls for a Solicitor of between 1-6 years PQE with good commercial acumen and a broad range of experience ideally in advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals etc. The Candidate: Ideally 1-6 Years PQE but all levels will be considered, Strong drafting skills and solid technical knowledge as well as good interpersonal skills are a must, Ambitious with a desire to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients, Experience of working within another top tier Commercial Firm and returners are desirable.
