What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Lead, support and motivate the lettings team
* Conduct valuations and secure new landlord instructions

* Proven experience in residential lettings at senior level
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Confident in valuations and winning instructions
* Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
* Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
* Professional, driven, and results-focused
* Full UK driving licence required
