The successful SeniorProject Manager will deliver complex construction projects across arange of sectors including Occupier / Commercial, Local Government,Healthcare, Sport & Leisure, and Data Centres. As a SeniorProject Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to clients,responsible for leading projects from inception through tocompletion.
The Role –Senior ProjectManager
As Senior ProjectManager, you will take full ownership of project delivery, managingall aspects of time, cost, quality, and risk. The Senior ProjectManager will act as the primary point of contact for clients,ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and consistently highservice delivery.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
* Leadingprojects as Senior Project Manager from feasibility through tohandover
* Acting asthe main client-facingrepresentative
* Managingprogramme, risk, governance, andreporting
* Coordinatingmulti-disciplinary consultant teams andcontractors
* Supportingand mentoring junior ProjectManagers
* Contributingto business development and repeatwork
About You –Senior ProjectManager
To be successful inthis Senior Project Manager role, you will come from a recognisedconstruction consultancy background and be comfortable operating ina professional servicesenvironment.
Essentialrequirements:
* Provenexperience as a Senior Project Manager within a constructionconsultancy
* Charteredstatus (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM orequivalent)
* Strongclient-facing and stakeholder managementskills
* Experiencedelivering projects across commercial or public-sectorenvironments
* Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organisationalability
On offer forthe Senior ProjectManager
* £60,000 –£65,000 basicsalary
* 25 daysannual leave plus bankholidays
