This Finance Business Partner role gives you a real seat at the table - not just a spreadsheet in the corner. Day to day, you'll build budgets and forecasts, track performance, challenge assumptions, and spot trends before they become problems. You'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong grounding in management accounts or business partnering, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment. You'll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable digging into the operational side of finance.
