Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers before plastering.
* Mix plaster to the correct consistency using appropriate tools.
* Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, hawks, and other hand tools.
* Use power tools such as mixers and drills safely and efficiently.
* Ensure finishes are smooth, level, and meet specified standards.
* Repair damaged surfaces prior to plastering work.
* Collaborate with other trades such as bricklayers, carpenters, and roofers to ensure seamless project progression.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
* Proven experience in plastering or related masonry trades is preferred.
* Familiarity with hand tools including trowels, floats, and spatulas.
* Experience with bricklaying, roofing, welding, or general carpentry is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of working with power tools such as mixers and drills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Pay: £15.05-£20.69 per hour
