A globally recognised interior design studio with projects around the world. My client specialises in imaginative, layered, and beautifully curated interiors for national and international high-end residential projects. Due to a growing pipeline of projects, they are currently looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and unafraid to take initiative and would have ideally worked with a top interior design studio.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Independently managing 2-3 international projects at any one time from concept to completion
2. Collaborating closely with the Director on creative direction while owning and executing project delivery
3. Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, and all day-to-day coordination
4. Leading client communications and presentations
5. Liaising with contractors, architects, and site teams as needed
6. Designing bespoke furniture, lighting, and joinery
7. Bringing fresh supplier ideas and a keen eye for colour, detail, and materiality to each project
8. Taking minutes in meetings and managing follow-ups internally and externally.
Required Skills & Experience
9. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large-scale, high-end residential projects, ideally internationally
10. Excellent grasp of project budgeting, estimating, and programming
11. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex project logistics, installations, ordering, and supplier management
12. Deep knowledge of suppliers, showrooms, and materials
13. Meticulous attention to detail- from pricing estimates to putting together presentation boards
14. Confident producing plans and elevations
15. Outstanding verbal and written communication
16. Confident liaising directly with clients; Ability to lead meetings with HNW and high-profile individuals
17. Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign)
18. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
