The Opportunity
This role offers more than a traditional step forward. You will work closely with an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner on:
* Complex, high-value disputes
* Multi-jurisdictional matters
* Strategically significant client issues
You will play an active role in shaping legal strategy, managing matters, and building direct client relationships from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes
* Advising on:
* Commercial contract disputes
* Shareholder and corporate disputes
* Injunctions and urgent applications
* Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
* Insolvency-related and regulatory disputes
* Running matters from initial instruction through to resolution
* Working directly with clients, directors, and key stakeholders
* Contributing to strategic decision-making on complex disputes
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
