AI & TECHNICAL SKILLS COACH - REMOTE - £45,000
SLS Recruitment are working with a leading Training Provider who have a new opportunity for AI Skills Coach to join their team! As an AI Coach you will be responsible for the support and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards, tracking their progression through the apprenticeship journey. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plans for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will be delivered and assess the apprentices progress towards the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
Key Technical Skills required:
* YOU MUST have experience of coaching apprentices through a Software, Data and AI apprenticeships.
* YOU MUST have at least a level 3 teaching or assessing qualification and relevant qualification in Data, ideally at degree level.
* Understanding of software development practices including programming concepts, version control, debugging, testing, and the software development lifecycle
* Knowledge of data analysis processes, including data collection, preparation, analysis, visualisation, and interpretation to support business decision-making
* Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern digital workflows, and the ability to guide apprentices in using these responsibly and effectively
