Family Solicitor
Location: Dudley. Salary: Competitive + Benefits. Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Flexible Working Available.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners while developing long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the department.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience handling private family law matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong technical knowledge of family law
* The ability to manage a caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
