You will take the lead on managing complex diaries, coordinating key meetings and events, and preparing accurate, well-presented documentation. As the first point of contact for the Executive Office, you’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally, often dealing with sensitive and time-critical matters. You’ll also play an important role in supporting project work, governance processes, and wider organisational priorities.

We are a small and collaborative team, and when the occasion calls for it—such as hospice-wide events or fundraising days—it’s all hands-on deck. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to support wherever needed.
