We are currently looking for a Process Checker to join our friendly team at Bromborough site.
Working Hours: 5 out of 6 days - Monday - Saturday - 7am to 15.30pm
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirement whilst utilizing all tools and software available.
Key Responsibilities:
* conduct all the production checks. This will include gas checks, average weight, metal detector, finish product integrity, product and OCM labelling, ACS conformance.
* ensure fat levels within out mince products are within specification
* ensure product complies with one-page specifications
* work with the line leader to correct out of specification products.
* check labels for accuracy against specification and product, including conducting double checks
* validate that the ingredients being added to products on the value-added lines are meeting the requirements
* conduct all checks required within the lines assigned to you, to ensure quality compliance for all of our customers and work in conjunction with production to ensure plan / orders are complete.
