We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Employment Support Worker to join our JET service, supporting adults with learning disabilities to gain the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to move towards meaningful employment. Main duties: Working one-to-one and ingroup settings, you will help individuals to develop life and work skills, access training and secure employment You’ll provide tailored advice, job search support and in-work mentoring, ensuring that every person you support achieves their personal goals. You’ll work collaboratively with employers, training providers and local partners to open up inclusive employment opportunities and help individuals thrive in their community. Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a genuine belief in the potential of every person. You’ll be confident managing a caseload, setting SMART targets, and maintaining accurate records.
