What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential blocks from an office-based environment Ensuring compliance with property, safety and regulatory requirements Coordinating maintenance, repairs and planned works across multiple sites Instructing and liaising with contractors and service providers Handling leaseholder enquiries and resolving issues efficiently Managing documentation, notices and record keeping Prioritising workload across multiple developments What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in block or property management Knowledge of Health & Safety and property compliance requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification Full UK driving licence What's In It For You?
