Salary:£37,000 - £42,345 FTE
Annual Leave:25 days plus bank holidays

Role Requirements:
* Experienced Leader: Proven leadership in a managerial role within health and social care settings.
* Qualified: Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieving Level 5.
* Mobile: A driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
* Forward-Thinking: Innovative and proactive in developing the service.
* Values-Driven: A commitment to embodying Millennium Support's values in all aspects of the role.
