Rostering and Attendance Support Officer
Apply for the Rostering and Attendance Support Officer role at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria.
Ongoing, full‑time position based at the Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct, working flexibly across other Youth Justice Precincts (Parkville & Cherry Creek) as required.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the ongoing review and monitoring of rostering procedures and practices.
* Maintain employee data within internal systems (TimeTarget).
* Generate TimeTarget reports such as Biometric Scan Compliance Report, Leave Report and SAL Check Report for management.
* Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with agreed standards and local operating procedures.
* Prepare and maintain rosters and Time Target data and reports.
* Provide a range of high‑quality, confidential and efficient administrative services and support to management.
Qualifications
* Well‑developed computer literacy.
* Current driver’s licence required as the role involves travel across different locations.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC) required; must be maintained for the duration of employment.
* National police checks and misconduct screening may be required as part of pre‑employment checks.
