About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customers, grow key accounts, and attract new business opportunities. You will work with a fast-growing, people-focused company that values teamwork and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales.
* Build and manage relationships with key customers.
* Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow your portfolio.
* Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a 3-month sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
* Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth implementation.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience managing SME customers.
* Technical knowledge of Cloud Services, Microsoft/Linux technologies, VoIP & Unified Communications.
* Experience selling Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki products is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.).
* Ability to manage projects from presales to implementation.
* A full UK driving license is required.
