About the Role
Azelis is seeking a highly motivatedTechnical Product Manager to join our Pharmaceutical, Healthcare & Nutraceuticals business unit in the UK.
This role is responsible for delivering technical,formulationand regulatory support to customers and principals, ensuring the successful introduction, management, and compliance of pharmaceutical products across the portfolio.
This is a hybrid working role based inHertford, with occasional travel required within the UK and EU.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the Technical & Regulatory support of our Customers and Principals.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Manage the technical introduction of new products into the Company
2. Liaise with Principals on Technical product related issues.
3. Support the sales/market managers in pursuit of the Business Unit targets and objectives, as well as maintain the technical database and portal, and deliver business maintenance to the customers.
4. Responsible for technical contact at specific customer accounts. Providing technical information and regulatory advice.
5. Handle quality issues and product rejections, co-ordinate responses between supplier and customer.
6. Assist in the preparation of marketing and advertising material.
7. Maintain awareness of new technical developments.
8. Application support to Customers and Principals
9. Implement company procedures as required.
10. Provide technical support to local SHEQ Manager.
11. Produce Visit Reports and record other customer and Principal interactions in a timely manner.
12. Take technical responsibility for products and interactions with designated Principals. Working closely with the Product Managers managing these Principals
13. Keeping the Portal Updated with the latest technical documentation for your designated Principals
14. Supply Chain Mapping
15. Completion of Customer Quality & Technical Questionnaires
Key Skills
16. Bachelor degree in relevant field
17. Strong technical knowledge of the products and technologies used within our marketplace
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Ability to work under pressure
