We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with an excellent reputation in the market.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with international platform experience and a proven M&A background, fluent in the language, will also be considered.
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in TMT are also welcome. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.
The responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the execution of TMT mandates
2. Preparing marketing pitch-books and related materials
3. Gathering public information from various sources
4. Creating valuation models and conducting benchmark analyses
