A growing international business is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team in Cannock. What Youll Be Doing: Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to support the 5-Year Plan, Annual Budget, and monthly forecast cycles. Build and maintain planning schedules, track key assumptions, and contribute to business discussions for final submissions. Analyse cost variances versus budget and forecast, delivering clear insights during month-end close. Work alongside outsourced finance providers to resolve discrepancies and understand source data.
