Head of Sales Sports, hospitality and Events
Location London with Hybrid working
Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 plus bonus
Ready to lead the charge at one of the UKs most exciting new destinations for sport, socialising, and next-level experiences? My client is on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive partnerships, grow revenue streams, and bring the brand to life across venues, corporate events, and brand collaborations This role is based in London, with travel to sites required at least twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to exceed targets and manage high-value event enquiries
Analyse performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Identify new opportunities through proactive sales and marketing initiatives
Maximise revenue via diary and yield management
Prepare reports, forecast, and attend networking/promotional events
Develop strategies to retain clients and win new business
Skills and Experience:
Proven sales team leadership in events or hospitality
Track record of achieving venue sales budgets
Experience with new openings or building a department
Strong financial skills and strategic thinking
Excellent communication, personable and professional
