Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Home in Dublin.
This is a Full-time position – 39 hours per week.
Garda Vetting and a clean medical will be required for the successful applicant.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors
* Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities
* Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards
Requirements:
* Nursing qualification and NMBI registration
* Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings
* Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
