Role Overview: We seek a Performance Marketing, Email & Content Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance marketing, email campaigns, and content creation. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about digital performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, and other digital channels. Optimize campaigns to enhance ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to refine strategies.
* Email Marketing & CRM: Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions. Manage automated workflows, perform A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization. Create compelling content aligned with SEO and conversion best practices. Collaborate with designers for brand consistency and audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
* Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
* Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
* Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign tracking platforms.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
* Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
