Person Specification
Essential
• Degree in Business or a related subject.
• QTS/PGCE (or equivalent).
• Strong subject knowledge across core Business topics.
• Evidence of effective classroom practice.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Desirable
• Experience with AQA or Edexcel specifications.
• Evidence of strong exam outcomes.
• Experience supporting enrichment or enterprise activities.
• Ability to contribute to Economics is desirable but not essential.
