Our client, a professional services business based in Exeter, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. This is a key on-site role, acting as the operational hub of the business and a first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client communications
* Coordinate internal office activity to ensure priorities and actions are managed effectively
* Prepare documentation and support meeting readiness and information flow
* Proactively anticipate team and client needs
* Support workflows and deadlines, enabling delivery teams to focus on core work
* Maintain accurate organisation of client records and documentation
* Liaise closely with delivery teams and Client Portfolio Leads
* Manage and support the Support Team
* Champion process improvement and system optimisation
* Ensure all client interactions reflect a professional, well-managed organisation
