Client Support Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
A well-regarded financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join their team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organised who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support financial advisers by working with insurance, pension, and investment providers.
2. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and answering calls.
3. Assist with client servicing and maintain accurate records.
4. Coordinate internal and client meetings and events.
5. Provide general office support and contribute to overall team efficiency.
Requirements:
6. Previous administrative experience, ideally in financial services.
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems such as Intelliflo.
10. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
