A Top 200 law firm, and one of the region’s oldest, most established and fastest growing law firms, is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE.
Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Up to £70,000 salary - REF 689002TB
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm based in Essex and Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be handling a boras range of property disputes such as; Boundary disputes, Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, Commercial and residential rent claims and Commercial tenancy renewals.
The department of twenty staff is one of the strongest and largest Dispute Resolution teams in Essex.
The Candidate
* A Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
* Ability to network and business development
* Ability to handle own caseload without supervision
* Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
* Professional and effective communication with business contacts
