To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
* A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Significant post-qualification experience in children's social work, including management experience.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnership working.
