We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our client's organisation towards sustained growth and success.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in E-Commerce, and ideally the cosmetics industry.

Duties
* Manage the daily operations of the business.
* Oversee & govern financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the company owners.
* Drive organisational change initiatives to improve processes, productivity, and employee engagement.
Desired Experience
* Someone who puts culture at the forefront of their leadership style.
* Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a mature E-Commerce Brand, ideally within the cosmetic's industry.
* Strong understanding & experience working with Amazon.
* Demonstrable supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and implement them successfully.
