About the Role: As Head of Accommodation Revenue, you’ll define and deliver the long-term revenue strategy across Forge Holiday Group’s diverse accommodation portfolio for Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays and UKCaravans4Hire. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you’ll operate above divisional revenue teams, setting group-wide direction, standards, and tooling - while ensuring consistent execution in a complex, matrix environment. You’ll balance immediate trading performance with the design and delivery of a three-year growth strategy, providing executive-level updates and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Ancillary Revenue to ensure accommodation pricing and monetisation strategies are fully aligned and optimised. Identify revenue levers across pricing, availability, length-of-stay, distribution, and owner economics. Develop clear plans and measurable outcomes that deliver value across multiple brands. Lead Group Accommodation Trading Take full ownership of trading performance, optimising yield, occupancy, and profitability through data-driven interventions. Embed robust forecasting, budgeting, and performance frameworks. Align cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance to execute priorities. Balance short-term optimisation with long-term strategic initiatives and system transformation. Build the Future Revenue Capability Design and implement a next-generation, ML-driven revenue management system to enhance automation, pricing sophistication, and scalable decision-making. Reduce manual intervention through intelligent workflows and automation. Embed AI-optimised processes to boost team productivity and service excellence. Build a World-Class Team Lead and inspire a high-performing team delivering both operational excellence and transformation. Develop future revenue leaders, embed best practices, and create scalable operating standards. Set clear performance expectations and succession pathways. Unlock Growth Through Partnership Collaborate with ancillary revenue teams to maximise total booking value. Influence marketing, product, operations, and finance to align with revenue strategy. Proven track record of delivering sustained, multi-year revenue growth. Experience leading revenue system transformation or large-scale optimisation programmes. Deep expertise in pricing science, forecasting, and demand elasticity. About You: Strong commercial judgement and confidence in owning high-stakes trading performance. Ability to lead through influence in complex, multi-brand environments. Strategic mindset with pragmatic, outcome-focused approach. Clear communication skills, able to simplify complexity for executive audiences. High accountability, low ego.
