About the Role: As Head of Ancillary Revenue, you’ll own the strategy and performance of Forge Holiday Group’s ancillary revenue streams across our UK brands. Your mission: drive growth from value-added products such as food & beverage upgrades, experience add-ons, equipment hire, premium services, pet packages, and other guest enhancements. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you’ll turn long-term strategy into high-impact trading outcomes and shape the future of group revenue capability. You’ll lead the Ancillary Trading team in a matrix structure, embedding monetisation across the customer journey, pricing, and commercial decision-making to maximise revenue, optimise margins, and enhance guest experience. Working closely with the Head of Accommodation Revenue, you’ll ensure pricing and monetisation strategies are aligned and mutually optimised, while providing executive updates and presenting strategic initiatives to the leadership team. What You Need To Know: Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 per annum Location: UK (Hybrid – Chester flexible working) Reporting To: Director of Revenue Management Scope: Group-wide ancillary monetisation across multiple holiday brands Focus: Incremental revenue growth, partnership development and guest journey optimisation You’ll Own: Ancillary Revenue Strategy & Roadmap Deliver and evolve the group’s ancillary revenue strategy, translating long-term direction into clear trading priorities and outcomes. Develop and lead the ancillary revenue roadmap, including upsells, add-ons, partner services, and experiences. Define pricing and packaging strategies that balance guest value, margin, and conversion. Ancillary Trading Performance Own performance across pricing, partner selection, packaging, and commercial outcomes. Set and manage targets and KPIs, including revenue per booking, conversion, take-rate, margin, and partner performance. Build and manage partnerships with suppliers, experience providers, and other partners to drive incremental revenue and guest value. Analyse results and provide insight-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Partnerships & External Growth Work with analytics and data teams to identify high-value opportunities, segment guests, personalise offers, and optimise conversion. Partner with technology and product teams to embed ancillary monetisation into the digital guest journey, ensuring seamless UX, automation, and measurement. Leading a World-Class Team Buil dand lead a small, high-performing team, delivering both operational excellence and transformation. Develop future revenue leaders, embed best practice, and create scalable operating standards. Set clear performance expectations, standards, and succession pathways.
