Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth running of a busy fresh-food kitchen delivering service across multiple hospitality spaces:
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership
Leading the team during service and maintaining consistency across all areas
Assisting with seasonal menu development using fresh ingredients
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Helping deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings
