Role Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling calls, booking appointments, greeting customers, and managing clerical tasks, as well as ordering parts and maintaining records. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
2. Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
3. Scheduling MOTs, services, and repairs, ensuring efficient diary management.
4. Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to track deliveries.
5. Handling invoices, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
6. Processing payments and handling general administrative duties.
7. Supporting the garage team with customer queries and updates.
8. Working every other Saturday as part of the weekly rota.
Qualifications:
* Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills.
* Proficiency in clerical skills and administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Experience or qualifications in office administration are an advantage.
