Account Based Marketing Executive at Street Group

Responsibilities
* Target enterprise‑level accounts, execute ABM strategies, and multi‑thread across complex organisations.
* Work across online and offline channels to orchestrate highly personalised campaigns that prove to top‑tier estate agents why Street.co.uk and Spectre are the secret weapons they need to dominate their market.
* Craft compelling, hyper‑targeted content and campaigns that create meaningful conversations and drive qualified leads to our pipeline.
* Identify and engage high‑value prospects, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and contribute to the expansion of our enterprise client base.
* Own the end‑to‑end ABM strategy for our strategic accounts, moving beyond broad‑reach marketing to execute high‑impact 1:1 and 1:few campaigns.
* Develop our Ideal Customer Profiles within high opportunity accounts.
* Work hand‑in‑hand with our Strategic Sales team to identify high opportunity accounts and build bespoke “door‑opening” plays.
* Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to maximise campaign efficacy across digital and offline channels.
* Monitor and use data to map the buying committee at major estate agencies, understand their specific pain points and tailor our message to solve them.
* Collaborate with our Creative Lead and Brand team to produce hyper‑relevant marketing materials across the sales and marketing funnel.
* Leverage HubSpot and our marketing tech stack to track intent and trigger multi‑channel touchpoints that keep Street.co.uk and Spectre top‑of‑mind.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience developing and executing account‑based marketing strategies in B2B, preferably SaaS companies.
* Knowledge of the property market is beneficial.
* Comfortable with fast‑paced, start‑up environments.
* Expertise in meeting complex stakeholder needs with cohesive narratives and campaigns.
* Enjoy researching a specific agency brand and figuring out exactly what will make them sit up and take notice.
* Strategic thinker, capable of working autonomously and not afraid to get stuck in operationally.
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving qualified leads and revenue.
* Experience across the entire marketing channel mix, including digital (performance, social, website, email) and offline (events, direct mail, experiential).
* Natural collaborator who can speak “sales” as well as “marketing.”
* Sharp eye for detail and a knack for writing compelling copy that feels personal, professional and persuasive.

Salary
Up to ÂŁ46,000, dependent on experience. We may consider candidates whose experience differs from the typical range.
