Job Summary
Location: West Berkshire
Day Rate: £500–550 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Immediate Start – 3 days per week for a 3–6 month contract.
We are seeking an experienced Interim HSE Professional to support a fast‑paced manufacturing site during a key period of operational and project activity. This hands‑on role requires a strong Health and Safety background within manufacturing and the ability to engage effectively with operational teams on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving a proactive HSE culture while supporting a multimillion‑pound warehouse and facility expansion project.
Key Requirements
* Experience in manufacturing or FMCG HSE (food manufacturing is a plus)
* Strong operational site engagement
* Exposure to CDM / construction projects in live operational environments
* Practical, hands‑on approach
* NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH Level 3 minimum
Inside IR35 only (PAYE via Umbrella). Immediate start.
