We are looking for Graduates for our Mobility Transport Planning teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. Our Mobility Teams
Our Mobility - Transport Planning teams take a people and place-based approach to mobility for all parts of society. We collaborate with clients across the UK to develop effective and sustainable strategies that deliver positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes. By making spaces accessible and inclusive, we help communities to thrive and ensure they can be enjoyed by future generations.
Day-to-Day activities
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyse transportation data.
* Project Management: Assist in planning and monitoring projects from concept to delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders with regards to projects and their areas of interest.
* Decarbonisation and future mobility: Integrate green technologies and sustainable planning as part of our solutions to projects.
* Policy Development: Contribute to transportation policies and approaches from national guidance to local implementation strategies
* Innovation and Research: Stay updated with industry trends.
* Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impacts of projects to all
Liveable Places
Our Liveable Places team plan, design and deliver projects from an idea to construction, helping a wide variety of clients across the UK re-envision and re-shape and helping people and places thrive. You can expect to work on projects such as the development of the Regional Transport Strategy for the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority or the design and delivery of Gloucestershire\'s cycle and walking network.
Our Liveable places parking projects team deliver small to medium sized parking projects. You will gain skills in data analysis, CAD, public and stakeholder engagement, GIS applications and Parking legislation, from initial site visits to drawing up proposals for consultation and implementation of schemes.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
You\'ll have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in a relevant subject for the role you are applying for. Applicants who pass the initial stages will be required to complete an online skill enabler assessment. You\'ll be starting work in April or September 2026 and should have a passion for planning and consulting, an interest in the built environment, data interpretation, and a drive to solve problems. You should be comfortable with GIS and transport models. If you don\'t meet all criteria, apply anyway and we can review alignment to the role and other opportunities.
