EcoSure, an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally. We are seeking a Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor based in Brighton.
Our specialists are trusted safety experts providing on-site evaluations and training to help clients uphold the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. Our programs assist clients in meeting their quality expectations through evaluations and tailored training.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct evaluations of food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety at client locations.
2. Consult, coach, and train clients on current food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
3. Collaborate with account management teams to address client challenges.
4. Complete a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Utilize industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information.
6. Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers.
Minimum Qualifications
* Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
* Residency in or near the territory.
* Own transportation with a full clean driving license.
* Availability during weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
* Experience in auditing and hospitality.
Skills and Knowledge
* Preferred certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials (RS, REHS, or CP-FS).
* Experience in retail food safety and reviewing brand standards.
* Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field.
* Excellent relationship management and consulting skills.
* Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make sound decisions.
* Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
