More about the team

We are looking to hire 2 Credit Control Administrators on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role will be overseeing the credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. 

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. Once you have successfully completed your probation (6 months) we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home).

More about you

Property management experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.

Experience / Skills:

1. Customer Service Experience, 
2. Good IT skills, 
3. Stakeholder engagement skills, 
4. Time management,
5. Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
