About the role
As the team specialist for Student Loan Company related processes, your responsibilities will include fee collection from Student Loan Company and other student loan funding bodies, as well as being the go-to person for all Student Loan Company related processes. Additionally, you will support with US Loans processes and audits. The position is highly customer focused, requiring the ability to give sound advice and guidance to all individuals and organisations to resolve questions they have.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who has an excellent work ethos and is keen to use their own initiative and contribute towards the development and continuous improvement within the team. You will utilise excellent communicative skills and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as you will be interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders over a wide range of tasks. It is important that anyone applying has a reasonable knowledge of the MS Office suite including MS Excel, alongside experience of Student Finance processes.
