Our Role
As a business support, you will be responsible for ensuring all admin functions related to connections are completed in accordance with current Electricity North West licence conditions, policies and standards. You will focus on registering connections projects, processing customer application forms, monitoring shared mailboxes, responding to customer queries within allocated times, performing data entry, and supporting the enquiries phone line as required to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* GCSE qualifications (grades A–C or 4–9) including Maths, English Language and Science;
* NVQ Customer Service Level 3 or equivalent (desirable);
* Proven experience in a customer service environment;
* Understanding of, or willingness to learn, Connections Guaranteed Standards of Performance;
* Working knowledge of SAP (desirable);
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload;
* Experience working to targets in a result-driven environment;
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders;
* Flexible and adaptable in approach.
