Social Worker – UK Visa Sponsorship Available
We are looking for an experienced social worker to join the Children in Our Care team at Bedford Borough. This team helps looked‑after children from birth to 18 years old, including separated migrant children.
This job will include making plans for the care of our kids and teens so that they can stay with us for a long time, as well as enhancing their health, education, and social outcomes.
A big part of the job is making sure that children and young people in Local Authority care are secure and healthy while also meeting legal obligations. This includes working well with others and speaking up for them.
To attain the best results for the kids and teens in our care, the person in this position needs to believe in our Parenting Together method.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Competitive salary plus MRS.
Grade: BBU11 with a £6,000 per year market rate supplement (which is subject to review), welcome and retention payments.
