The Project Analyst will join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) project team within the Cybersecurity Programme. The IAM Onboarding workstream aims to onboard 100+ applications onto the corporate IAM platform, enabling centralised entitlement monitoring and automated recertification.Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with application teams to gather onboarding information and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
2. Work closely with IAM Engineers to implement technical onboarding in Development and Production environments, ensuring thorough testing and formal sign-off.
3. Conduct quality assurance checks on onboarding documentation to confirm accuracy and clarity (, entitlement descriptions, AD groups, privileged access).
4. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business units and application teams.
5. Participate in project meetings (, daily stand-ups, SPoC sessions) to provide progress updates and escalate issues as needed.
6. Track and secure necessary approvals from business stakeholders and IAM teams for all onboarded applications.
