We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Process Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and operations environment based in East Kilbride.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse process knowledge who enjoys working within a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment. The role will involve a mixture of warehousing duties, stock movement, process operations, quality standards, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Loading and unloading products and materials
* Supporting operational and warehouse processes
* Stock control and inventory accuracy
* Completing operational paperwork and data entry
* Following SOPs and safety procedures
* Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the site
* Supporting goods in/goods out activities
* Assisting with operational improvements where required
* Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly
What We're Looking For:
* Previous warehousing or process operations experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working in a physically active environment
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to follow procedures and safety standards
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
* FLT licence advantageous but not essential
Desirable Experience:
* Inventory control
* Process-driven manufacturing environments
* Administrative/data entry experience
* Working to KPIs or production targets
This role would suit candidates from warehouse, production, manufacturing, logistics, process operations, or similar operational backgrounds.
