You will be part of a team of 6 landscape gardeners responsible for maintaining all outdoor and indoor green spaces. Our team is divided into three sections to ensure continuous maintenance: lawns, outdoor plants/landscape, and indoor plants. You will contribute to each area. What you'll do
* Apply plant products to promote growth.
* Remove weeds and dead plants.
* Water plants not covered by irrigation.
* Repair and maintain irrigation systems.
* Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
* Cut grass and pick up litter.
* Clean hard landscaping areas.
* Uphold landscaping design and support plant growth.
* Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, and shrubs.
* Operate landscaping equipment safely.
* Follow the Sky landscape management plan.
* Perform any tasks assigned by management.
* Assist with site management and support other teams as needed.
* Ensure a positive colleague experience in these locations.
Experience and skills required
* Experience in landscape, indoor plant, and lawn maintenance.
* Valid driving license.
* Ability to operate landscape machinery such as mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and water bowsers.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
