Join a dynamic relocation and global mobility team based in London, responsible for delivering exceptional relocation support to international employees and their families.
Working directly for the European relocation team, this role focuses on guiding assignees through every step of their move, combining personalised support with operational coordination.
First-hand experience relocating or living/working overseas would be highly advantageous.
Fluency in French is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the dedicated contact for assignees and client HR teams throughout the relocation journey.
* Assess individual needs and guide relocation policies and entitlements.
* Organise and coordinate housing, temporary accommodation, school enrolment, and settling-in services.
* Collaborate with vendors such as moving companies, real estate agents, and utility providers.
* Monitor budgets and ensure all relocation activities comply with client guidelines.
* Anticipate and resolve challenges to deliver a seamless relocation experience.
* Keep clients informed with timely updates and accurate reporting.
* Maintain comprehensive records and case management data for internal tracking.
* Contribute to team initiatives, training, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
* Able to work a Hybrid working structure, 2 days in the office each week.
* Fluent in French; additional languages are an advantage.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with problem-solving and interpersonal strengths.
* Comfortable using technology and managing multiple systems.
* Experience in relocation, HR support, or international customer service is preferred.
* Exposure to multicultural or international environments is a plus
